Day 1
- Started from hotel after breakfast by car on the main highway to the North, visit the Akha and Yao hilltribe villages.
- Continue to Mae Sai via monkey cave and drop at the Jade Factory before to have lunch at the local restaurant.
- Tour a bustling market-place full of goods from Myamar and China.
- Then proceed to the GoldenTriangle the point where the border of Thailand, Myanmar and Laos met , boat trip on Mae Khong River to the ancient city of Chiang Saen including ruins of numerous temples, stupas, Buddha images, Lanna Thai artifacts are still to be seen.
- Archaeological finds are exhibited at the museum.
- Continue to Chiang Khong by car and visit more 3 hilltribe villages near by the bank of Mae Khong river.
- Visit Chiang Khong the village near Laos border and return to Chiang Rai.
