We take you to the places that offer you the true Oaxacan experience. We manage small groups for a more comfortable experience. On this tour, you will learn about the Mezcal-making process at a high-quality distillery. You will visit various attractions, and we will provide recommendations to help you enjoy our city to the fullest. We adapt to your needs. At Hierve el Agua, you will have the option to go hiking (with or without a guide from the local community). This activity can be done without a guide, as there are signs indicating the paths. You will also have the opportunity to cool off in the natural pools, or you can skip the hike if you prefer. All of this is optional. Our meeting point is at the entrance to the Ethnobotanical Garden, right behind the well-known Santo Domingo Church. We stop for lunch at a buffet restaurant. Food and drinks are not included in the tour.

Itinerary
- Meeting point: The entrance of jardín etnobotánico at 9 o’clock.
- We have a 10 min tolerance.
- Bakery in Tlacolula: in our way to Hierve el Agua we do a quick stop at a traditional bakery located in Tlacolula, where you will enjoy a bread tasting.
- This is the perfect chance to get a hot drink or a snack, go to the washroom or simply stretch your legs, since hierve el agua is nearly 2 hours away.
- By this point we will be halfway through! Hierve el Agua: We will visit this beautiful spot for 2 hours, where you will have enough time to go for a 45 min hike and to swim at the natural pools.
- Lunch Break: after visiting hierve el agua we will stop at a restaurant buffet that offers Oaxaca traditional food for $200 MXN ($10 USD approximately) per person, plus drinks.
- Mezcal distillery: Here you will learn all about mezcal, the making process and a generous tasting ! Back to Oaxaca city at the same meeting point.
