Faq's

It’s a moderate to challenging trek, requiring good fitness. Expect 5-8 hours of trekking daily with high-altitude challenges.

Not mandatory, but previous high-altitude trekking experience helps. Training with cardio, endurance, and strength exercises is recommended.
