Your adventure begins with a scenic drive from Kathmandu to Besisahar, followed by a thrilling jeep ride to Chame, the gateway to the high mountains. From here, you’ll trek through picturesque villages and dense forests, gradually ascending toward the high-altitude landscapes of Pisang and then on to Manang, where the stunning views of Annapurna II and the surrounding peaks will leave you speechless. As you continue, the route leads you to Throng Phedi or Thorang High Camp, preparing you for the monumental challenge of crossing Thorong La Pass, one of the highest trekking passes in the world at 5,416 meters (17,769 feet).
After reaching the top of Thorong La, the descent into Muktinath provides a sense of accomplishment and a chance to reflect on the dramatic landscapes you’ve conquered. Muktinath, a sacred pilgrimage site, offers a serene atmosphere with its sacred temples and breathtaking views. From here, you’ll travel to Jomsom, a charming village nestled in the Kali Gandaki Valley, where you can relax and soak in the surroundings before either taking a short flight or drive back to Pokhara or Kathmandu, depending on your preference. This journey not only takes you through some of the most spectacular natural scenery in Nepal but also introduces you to the unique culture and traditions of the mountain communities.

Itinerary
Day 1
- Drive From Kathmandu to Besisahar by deluxe Tourist bus then Sharing Jeep to Chame (2710M/8,892Ft) 8-9 hours
Day 2
- Trek to Pisang (3310M/10,859 Ft) 5-6 hours
Day 3
- Trek to Manang (3519M/11,545 Ft) 6-7 hours
Day 4
- Trek to Throng Phedi (4540M/14,895Ft) or Thorang High Camp 4880M/16,010 Ft) 5-6 hours
Day 5
- Cross Thorang La pass 5416M/17,769Ft) and reach Muktinath 3762M/12,343Ft) then drive to Jomsom for an overnight stay of 2,743m (8,999ft)
Day 6
- Early morning flight/drive from Jomsom Airport to Pokhara (35-minute flight) / Kathmandu ( you can trek end in Pokhara or Kathmandu as you wish )
