Day 1
- TOUR PROGRAM : - 7 am – 8 am pick up - Once we enter the reserve, we drive 40 minutes aprox.
- among coastal jungle until we reach the boat dock.
- Please be aware that the road is unpaved and bumpy.
- - Laguna boat tour: explore mangrove forests, freshwater springs & the famous Boca Paila where the wetlands meet the sea - Lookout for manatees and crocodiles - Visit cays with colonies of incredible birds - Search for dolphins, sea turtles and more - Snorkel in the world´s second largest coral reef (subject to weather conditions) - Enjoy swimming in the clearest tropical water at ¨Nature's swimming pool¨ - Delicious Caribbean lunch in Punta Allen pueblo - 5 p.m.

This tour is for those interested in wildlife observation & photography, exploring the caribean coast by boat, learning about unique ecosystems.
The minimum age to participate in this tour is 6 years old. This tour is not suitable for young kids.
This tour is not suitable for pregnant women. If we discover that a women is pregnant at the moment of pick up, our guide won't be able to allow her to go on the tour and there won't be any refund possible.
This tour is not suitable for people with back problems. The road to access Sian Kaan is bumpy and the boat ride during the day can be tiring.
We recommend to bring :

Camera with waterproof protection
Binoculars
Sun block (bio degradable, also consider clothes to aid with sun protection)

You will be maximum 12 people in the van. There will be maximum 6 people per boat, plus the guide, plus the captain.
Yes, this tour is weather dependent. In the event of a major event or severe weather, we will contact you.
This tour requires a minimum of 6 people to run the tour. If we do not hit this minimum, we reserve the right to cancel the tour, in which case we will contact you to offer an alternative tour or send a refund.
Sian Ka’an Adventure: Full day trip to look for birds, crocodiles, manatee, dolphins and turtles (it is not guaranteed that we will see all of them). You will also swim in the natural swimming pool of Sian Ka’an, and have lunch in Punta Allen. Snorkel activity over the coral reef depends on the weather conditions (wind, currents). Minimum age is 6 years old.
Sian Ka’an Discovery : Half day tour (it is the short version of the Sian Ka’an Adventure). We only go up to Boca Paila bridge. You will look for birds, crocodiles, manatee (it is not guaranteed that we see all of them). Snorkel activity depends on the weather conditions (wind, currents).
Minimum age is 5 years old.
Sian Ka'an Muyil: Half day trip in the inland part of Sian Kaan. The tour focuses on Culture and Nature. You will visit the archaeological site of Tulum, have some delicious tacos and relax during a floating activity in the natural lazy river. The tour is accessible at any age.
Sian Ka'an Sunset: This tour is only available as a private tour. You will look for crocodiles, manatees, birds – have a picnic at the beach in Sian Ka'an and see the Sun setting in the Sian Ka'an. Minimum age is 5 years old.
In case of cancellation more than 24 hrs before the pickup, we do not charge you any cost and will give you back your deposit.
In case of cancellation less than 24 hrs before the pick up or in case of no show we will charge you 100% of the total amount of your tour. Please understand that we have to pay all our providers and staff although you do not come.
It not mandatory but is customary to tip guides and field teams as a thank you for excellent service.
Please be aware that your confirmation voucher from the booking platform will provide you an automatic and approximate pick up time which is not the exact pick up time. Your real pick up time will depend on your hotel/villa location and logistic of the day. It will be communicated to you via a personalized email and is subject to changes until 9pm before the day of your tour.
Please be aware that drop off time vary depending on hotels/villas locations and the rhythm of each group
Our prices include Pick Up & Drop Off in front of your Hotel/Villa in Tulum City and Tulum Hotel Zone.
If you wish to be picked up somewhere else in the Riviera Maya, this is possible. The extra fee depends on the zone. At the moment of booking you will see the different zones and prices.
