It is a family friendly tour, accessible to all ages.
We recommend to bring :

You will be maximum 10 people in the van, plus the guide, plus the driver.
This tour can run Rain or Shine ! In the event of a major event or severe weather, we will contact you.
The zip Line is not a mandatory activity. If you do not want to do it or cannot do it, you can wait for the others while they do it, enjoy the view or rest in the hammock area.
It is not possible to do the zip line with a Baby.
The minimum weight for kids to do the zip line by themselves is 35kg / 77 lb.
Kids can do the zip line with an adult, if they weigh minimum 20 kg / 44 lb / are minimum 4 years old.
The maximum weight to do the zip line is 130 kg / 238 lb.
In case of cancellation more than 24 hrs before the pickup, we do not charge you any cost and will give you back your deposit.
In case of cancellation less than 24 hrs before the pick up or in case of no show we will charge you 100% of the total amount of your tour. Please understand that we have to pay all our providers and staff although you do not come.
It not mandatory but is customary to tip guides and field teams as a thank you for excellent service.
Please be aware that your confirmation voucher from the booking platform will provide you an automatic and approximate pick up time which is not the exact pick up time. Your real pick up time will depend on your hotel/villa location and logistic of the day. It will be communicated to you via a personalized email and is subject to changes until 9pm before the day of your tour.
Please be aware that drop off time vary depending on hotels/villas locations and the rhythm of each group.
Our prices include Pick Up & Drop Off in front of your Hotel/Villa in Tulum City and Tulum Hotel Zone.
If you wish to be picked up somewhere else in the Riviera Maya, this is possible. The extra fee depends on the zone. At the moment of booking you will see the different zones and prices.
Our shared group tour require a minimum of 4 people to run the tour. If we do not hit this minimum, we reserve the right to cancel the tour, in which case we will contact you to offer an alternative tour or send a refund.
